Notes
We will need the main auditorium reserved from 7:30 AM through 10:30 AM
We will need the coffee, juice, and pastries set up in the main auditorium lobby by 7:45 AM
The staff meeting room doors need to be unlocked and ready to go by 7:30 (assume the same rooms will be used as last year. I will send you copies of the convocation programs prior to that Monday with the room numbers included) Note: Debbie, if there are rooms from last year that cannot work for this year, please let me know
The auditorium stage will need the same setup with lights, podium, microphone, curtains drawn, sound, air conditioning, etc. Please plan for a video presentation as well.
Once I know what the opening entertainment will be, I will be in touch with you
We will need two covered tables on the stage to display the awards and a set of six of your best chairs lined up by the podium
